Welcome to Steve Taylor Entertainment
Steve Taylor is a multi-award-winning artist known for his captivating music and engaging stage presence. With more than 35 years of experience in the entertainment industry, he brings a unique blend of musical style and performance to every event.
He has achieved numerous accolades as a singer/songwriter including Overall Winner Queensland Country Music Champion of Champions 2000; Toyota Star Maker Grand Finalist in 2000, 2001 and 2002; Australian Country Music College graduate in 2001; and having represented Australia in the Trans-Tasman Entertainer of the Year Awards on Norfolk Island in 1999 and 2001 (an invitation only competition).
Steve has been part of numerous musical projects: Performing as a solo act, fronting bands including Pistol Knight, The Cruisin' Fairlanes and Aftermath, and formed half of the renowned Taylor Brothers duo.
For the past 20 years Steve has turned his focus to events such as weddings and corporate functions, festivals and community events throughout Queensland and New South Wales, including Big Skies, Mayoral Christmas Carols, Australia Day celebrations and Western Downs SES Unit Awards.
Bringing his music west, Steve is now based in Esperance, Western Australia and is a founding member of the infamous South Sea Shantymen.

FAQ
How much do you charge for travel?
For travel in excess of 200km return from Esperance travel costs are calculated at a rate of 70c per km. For distances greater than 400km by negotiation.
Can I buy your CD/Music?
At this time we do not have any commercial recordings available, however you can check out our YouTube channel here.
Do you have Insurance?
Steve Taylor Entertainment has full public liability cover provided by Duck for Cover Inc. Certificate of currency can be provided upon request.
What setup is required?
For instances where staging and production are not provided by the venue or event, we provide our own backline production. Our only requirements are a power outlet and a reasonable space to set up.
